• Finding time for a workout

Make a Plan, Hold Yourself Accountable: The best way to make sure you will follow through with your plan is to write it down. Find a time that works best with your schedule and physically add it to your life; write it in your planner or enter it into your phone as a reminder. If your workout is a scheduled plan, you can’t cancel. If you wouldn’t cancel out on say a doctor’s appointment, don’t ditch your workout

Set Your Alarm: having a prompt to remind you of you plan is a great way to help you stick to your commitments

Find the time of day that best suits you. If mornings are your thing pre-plan and prepare breakfast the night before; if you can grab a quick 30 minutes in your lunch use this time to get away from your desk; prefer the evenings then call in on your way home from work. Whatever the time, a quick 30-minute workout will give you an energy boost – that’s only 2% of your day to focus on you

REMEMBER – MOTIVATION IS WHAT GET’S YOU STARTED, HABIT IT WHAT KEEPS YOU GOING TO GET YOUR RESULTS
