Our training classes

If you are looking for an exercise class that caters for all levels and abilities and want to know more, here are some descriptions to help you find the right class for you.
Currently due to COVID-19 all our classes are done online using Zoom meetings and live streaming from this website. We have very experienced instructors who are extremely competent at delivering classes using this online platform. They give lots of instruction and watch out for training tips to make sure you are doing the correct form when exercising.
